Which kinds of incident reach justice — and which do not

The front-page figure answers how often anything is resolved at all. This page answers the harder half: resolved for what kind of incident, and after how long.

What became of them

No published incidents yet.

Outcomes by category

The latest reviewed status of every published incident, split by category and ordered by how often nobody was held to account.

Not enough published data yet.

Time to verdict

Median time from the incident to its first recorded verdict. Median, not mean — a single twenty-year case would drag an average into meaninglessness. Incidents with no verdict are excluded from the median, so the count that has one is shown beside the total.

Most-named people and organisations

Not enough published data yet.

Frequency only — deliberately with no outcome figure attached. The roles these names carry are free text written by a model, not a controlled list, so printing “X resolves 4% of its cases” beside a name would be an accusation resting on a string match. It becomes publishable once entity roles have a fixed vocabulary and human review.
